Doug & Lori have been helping people heal from SRA/DID for over 35 years. They have a wealth of resources and teaching on their site for healing from trauma, counseling traumatized people, and for growing as a Christian.
Here are some articles that help explain SRA/DID Biblically
Doug Riggs wrote many articles on counseling trauma victims which you can find on his site referenced on this page, but of particular interest is the Biblical basis of DID. Some might struggle with healing or helping others with healing because "where is it in the Bible?"

This is a great resource written by Rachel Downing, a survivor of trauma and trained in counseling. In it, she talks about her process of integration and how it truly is a process and not an event. Although everyone's process is different, there is a lot to glean from this article.
We read Grantley's articles towards the beginning of my (Julie's) counseling process. He speaks in a simple and compassionate way, breaking down many issues people face as they enter into healing from trauma resulting in DID. This link is to a "table of contents" sort of page on his site for DID issues.

These are heart issues that need to be dealt with before the Lord, and Sally Dove wrote down her own process and study with the Lord to try to help shorten the time for others:
